Aviano Coffee’s third location, adjacent to Mister Oso in Boulder, reflects the signature design elements of the original North Cherry Creek café. Shike Design layered classic Spanish prints, reclaimed wood accents, and retro-inspired lighting to create a relaxed, welcoming environment for both academics and travelers.

Simple banquette seating and a faux reclaimed brick wall covering establish an eclectic backdrop, while radically varied finishes in the restrooms add unexpected character. The result is a vibrant, comfortable space where thoughtful design keeps guests returning.
