spring 09- Homeward bound
In all his 'free time', Dave has been busy with the renovation of a 1905 house in the north side of Denver. The big lot with a small structure eagerly awaits the final pieces in preparation for a future addition in prefab. A good majority of the improvements have been reclaimed from the house itself, neighbors, craigslist and local home supply salvage centers. A new stairway and a few more cedar fence slats away from the finishing elements to come along this spring. The mountain house mood meets urban living.
winter 09- The launch of Carve Collective, with snow sports in mind
A new collective is forming with focus on the snow sports industry, providing services for brand identity, print and web design, product design and development, exhibit/ tradeshow/ environment design and production, events planning, photography, editorial, and public relations. The principals include (shike), brother Jeff Schaich, and the instigator Tom Winter of tomwintermedia.com.
